I tried all that I could think of in my area, and the international air port, no kuwati, iraqi dinar or uae, it's cool though I'm sticking with Ali, just wish he'd give a few more options, but I can see how his hands are tied with trying to fill all the orders for dinar. thanx though

Iraq is currently witnessing the highest level of unemployment in contemporary history, although it had previously tested the recruitment policy of the Central that have been abandoned in the early 1990s because of the conditions of the economic blockade, and to give each of the current policy of providing support and financing for private sector projects and providing training policy, which was adopted after 2004

In the wake of the shift towards the privatization program and economic liberalization. To judge the success of any of these policies depends on the extent linked to the broader context of the labor market, and to achieve this requires work on the integration with the operating policies of other economic policies, especially education policies and investment policy.

As far as operating policies should adopt those policies based on the linkage between the demand for jobs and those related to the supply side, especially improving the quality of the workforce and raise the level of skills and competencies Altknikih. The aim of this article to clarify the steps needed to implement these policies : -
:-First policy to strengthen demand for action :-for the implementation of the objectives of such a policy should focus on the following : -

3-Encourage small projects.

Secondly / policies relating to the supply side :-linked policies educational and training process, based on a set of principles of which are as follows : -

1 - There is a need to link the various training programs needs of the labor market.
2-development skills needed by promising sectors, which are a major source of employment at the present time, such as : the banking sector, the commercial sector, insurance, hotels, tourism, transport and communication sector.
3-to increase the level of investment in the fields of quality in the education sector and the lack of focus on investment in the only quantitative aspects, neglect the quality aspects led to severe shortage of skills needed by the labor market.
4 - There is a need to adopt new patterns of education, such as dual education, education-related market, in addition to raising the skills and creative abilities of the graduates. This requires emphasis on the participation of employers, companies and trade unions in the development of training curricula for the harmonization and coordination between training and employment programs and educational policies commensurate with the needs of the labor market.
Five-built training programs achieve greater flexibility of the labor force to increase its ability to respond to technological changes to raise the level of occupational mobility in the labor force.

5 - should contribute labor unions and employers to provide the necessary funding for training, either through the deduction of part of the taxes paid by the employer, and directed towards funding training through a fund, employers can borrow from the fund for the purposes of education or training. It could also play a role in the Social Fund to strengthen the training.

Hero44, sorry to hear of your loss. Your Mom I am sure is in a better place. What a wonderful way to leave this plane of existence - I hope the same for anyone that passes. I will include your family and your mom is my prayers.
I am now praying heavily for my fathers' speedy and complete recovery from a stroke this past Friday. He is doing remarkably well considering he could have died or worse have been severely paralyzed. It is difficult to see someone that has always been strong struggling with everyday tasks.
My family has good spirits , strong faith, and lots of love. Please include us in your prayers as well.

النوابProposed bill the rights and privileges of the President of the House of Representatives and his deputies and members of the House of Representatives




ا (1):Article (1) :


.First : The President of the House of Representatives is (President), which grants all the rights and privileges allocated to this degree.


.Second : the Vice President of the House of Representatives (a Vice President of the Republic) and give all the rights and privileges for this class and apply this article for subsequent sessions.


.Third : be a member of the House (Prime Minister), which grants all the rights and privileges allocated to this degree.


.Fourth : A included in the above combination of a member of the House of Representatives and any action or another post.




2):Article (2) :


أ.First : Eligible members of the House of Representatives and their families diplomatic passports in the first degree and continue to enjoy after the end of the session of the House of Representatives.


ثانيا:.Second : The Council shall provide treatment member inside or outside Iraq in the event of illness during the session of the Board.


.Third : remains of the President of the House of Representatives and his deputies and members of the House of Representatives after the end of the session of the Board half of what they enjoyed guards full salaries and benefits and the other half are appointed to the staff of the Defense Ministry, counting the duration of their service with a member of actual service them for the purposes of promotion and retirement allowance, and the heirs enjoy the same right as a member of his or death.

.Seventh : A member of the Chamber of Deputies borrowed any amount needed after a request to the Presidency, provided that the monthly emoluments during the session of the House of Representatives for the payment of adequate amount of the advance and without any benefits.

Prayers being said for a quick recovery, and i would like to ask as well, i would like prayers for my father, he is currently in hospice, health is declining with each passing day, I am praying for a painless and quick passing, my mother suffered nearly a year before she passed, i don't want this for my father........all prayers are welcomed and appreciated.

Is there a prayer request thread here anywhere? If not can one be started?

I think all of our patience is running thin..I know everyday I wake up and wonder do I want to see what I missed out on while I was sleeping and thoughout the day I tell myself NO dont log on, it will make you disappointed again. And I havent been here near as long of alot of you. So I guess I know how you feel. But I guess one day it will pay off. BUT THE SOONER THE BETTER FOR ALL OF US. This could lead to drinking and I dont drink but I am puffing on way to many cigeretts.
