Okay people--are you picking up on this?? They are talking about loans in terms of VALUE, not amount. They are saying that the loans will have the VALUE of 50M Dinars...at today's rate that would be...$39,277.00 (approx)...

By saying VALUE, they leave themselves open to changes in the exchange rate...doesn't matter what the exchange rate is...the loans will have the Value of 50M Dinars...

DO YOU GET IT??? This is a GOOD THING!!!
