I don't understand, if someone is in the know, why can't they be a little more specific? I understand that maybe they would'nt want their prints to be found if it turns out to be a complete train wreck, but why only some details (dates)why no exact exchange rate? am I missing something?

100 million dinars is nothing, trust me. Now when you start talking about billions of dinars. Even then, that is still just a drop in the bucket. I just find it hard to believe. That if in fact, this really happens. That there any dinars to be had at all, at this point!
