Hello all. Could one of you tell me why some are saying that a dinar purchase receipt is needed to cash in dinars should a rv happen?

The only reason to require a dinar purchase receipt is for documenting short or long term capital gains.

Thank you. I purchased mine through ebay paid with paypal (here a little - there a little) and I don't have all the receipts. I live in Canada so our laws could be different. Is there a chance I wouldn't be able to cash out at all without receipts?

you should still be able to access you pay pal account to get your receipts

You will not need receipts to cash out. In the states you pay a much smaller capital gains tax if you held the Investment for 1 year or longer. If you claim you held for 1 year or longer you had better have proof of when you purchased it if you get audited. The bank where you cash in won't care at all to see proof of purchase.
