Thread: Concerning the post about my April 8th reval belief.

FYI... the name of the Judeo-Christian "god" is either Elohim, as per Genesis, or the name as He gave it on Mount Sinai; Jehovah/Yahweh (meaning "I am").

The English word "god" is actuallya Norse word, and has nothing to do with the bible. It was the name of one of Odin's relatives, and was adopted into Englsih to refer to any divine being. Properly, where the word "god" appears in the bible it should be transliterated as Eli or Elohim.

DD, I really hope things work out, you have put yourself and your followers out there. That took alot of courage. I to believe that it is a done deal, but my belief comes from the news articles, and the research that the RC family has done. I am not taking anything away from your beliefs, but I truley feel that not even the "man/woman" upstairs can figure out the Iraqi thought process. (no offense intended to anyone)

You have nothing to be sorry about. No apology needed. You have brought so much to this forum and more important, you have brought God to the place in our lives where He should be, first! You brought people together on this forum that may have never spoken to each other before and what a wonderful subject, God and His wonderful word.

Just because it's not showing anywhere yet, does not mean that it's not DONE. I'm going to tell you as you told me in many PM's....keep the faith. Nothing is over!

No need to worry as you said the Lord NEVER changes. Just because it hasn't been formally announced doesn't mean that it hasn't happened. Always trust in the Lord especially in the difficult times and He will carry us through.

tHE day is not over for us, at least. You still might get the money in some other bizaar way. I will be praying for you today.

If a RV were to occur, couldn't they announce it at any time and adjust the rate afterwards???

Thanks Doc Dave for your example of faith and believing. Although it appears as if today isn't the day for the rv, we still admire you and appreciate your sharing with us your testimonies of faith. It seems as though even the best people sometimes miss what the Lord is trying to share with them. This is a time for your reflection and seeking the Lord and asking Him what happened and what to do about it. Most of us here appreciate all that you are trying to do, perhaps a lesson learned for your future? Anyway, thanks again for your heart in sharing..... one of these days hopefully soon, we'll all receive the valued prize we are waiting for......

One more thing. As I was going about my Sunday morning time of getting breakfast cooked etc. before church, I was praying for you.

Our Faith is being tested to the max, here. You heard from the Lord, You obeyed what he had you to do, it is in His hands now. He is faithful. He does things in ways that we least expect it, and when we are not expecting it, hence sudden -lies. We can't put Father God in a box. We can't say "oooh, Dave must have missed it BIG time on this one..." God can do what He wants and WHEN He wants, and for the most part, He seems to always move suddenly, which means it won't look the way we think it should, or when we think it should.
Praise Be to The Lord God, who is faithful to perform His Word.
