Well, the first thing I would do would be pay for my aunt, who works part-time and can't afford to take off work, to have a desperately needed hip replacement surgery and cover her co-pay, pay all her bills during recovery and set her up with a new vehicle and a little nest egg. Next, I would stock up my grandmother's bank account so she doesn't have to worry about living on a fixed income...she can buy what she wants when she wants and won't have to worry about a rough winter and high gas bill...Then pay off our house and bills. Set up a college fund for our 2 daughters. Make a big donation to our church to finish an addition they have been working on. Make a donation to Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. for our troops. Make a donation to our local animal shelter. I promised my mom and my grandmother (the one on a fixed income) an all expense weekend in Las Vegas...my grandma and mom just love those one-armed bandits....I have a brother who is divorced and raising his 13-year old daughter and ever since I started investing in dinar I would "sell" him some of mine, actually he is a construction worker and lives paycheck to paycheck so....over the summer when he would call me to see if I needed any veggies from his garden I would say yes and then I would give him an envelope with 50,000 dinars here and 50,000 dinars there.....and when he would give me a hard time about taking my dinars I would tell him if you don't take this then I won't take your tomatoes...and he really takes pride in his garden...!!! So I got him there. If anybody were to ask him later how he made his fortune...he can say "it cost me 40 tomatoes, 50 cucumbers, and a few heads of lettuce"...LOL

And what are you going to buy for yourself? Don't forget: the Bible says we should to love other people AS MUCH AS we love ourselves - not MORE than ourselves! So don't forget your own needs!!! Everybody has personal wishes, even if they're just small ones.
By the way: of course I am not going to forget those of my family and friends who need a helping hand. I intend to pay off my father's debt, and I would love to buy a house for my mother-in-law who never really had money in her life and is still cleaning an office at the age of 78 to make a living. She definitely won't have to do that any longer after the reval!!!Last edited by antjesz2; 14-10-2006 at 10:36 AM.

Of course, pay off existing debt. No new house, I love mine. Hubby is getting a new truck and a golf cart for his dad to get around the farm on. I want a pool and re-landscape the yard. Maybe a Jag XK. I think I'd be scared to drive an $80,000 car, but I could get use to it. We are going to set up accounts for each of our 5 kids. Then, just see what happens....
