New baby comin Clear debt, invest, sell house and move closer to family with MUCH larger down payment on new house, leave childeren at home and travel to mexico or similar to get loaded for 2 weeks with wife

First, before I spend a single dime, I will consult with a couple of well experienced tax attorneys to make absolutely certain that I don't pay one cent more than I'm legally required by law to pay.

After that, my plan is to purchase enough land to be totally self'sufficient, building homes for all in the family that want to share the land.

The more I think about it, the more ideas I have. One I thought of today is to seal a half dozen 25K dinar notes in lucite blocks for paper weights for all the naysayers so they have something to regret for the rest of their lives. Have you ever seen those lucite paper weights which looks like a stack of $1.00 bills. I have one and always admired it as a conversation piece, just like I have uncut sheet of $50. dollar bills in a frame on wall. What torture to see a 25K dinar paper wieght and can't cash it. Imagine having $25,000.00 plus value paper weight on your desk. Perfect gift for the naysayer on your Chistmas list. LOL

Hmmm, a little short on the glamour or triumph like Donald Trump has... it doesn't really matter as life has already been kind and being bequeath with blessings for happiness and good health, showered with further sharing of sweet serenity at wherever we are or get to meet fine friends is all one cherishes in our age & time...esp. when we have passed the 50th mark, what more is there really to feel any more secure but hope one can extend the magnitude made available and to stand next to Bill and Belinda, for us both in the vast outreach that needed care and help in whatever way money can contribute.

I can't really say what is this or that that may make life more enjoyable or feel richer, with today being the Dinar making us extra wealthy or tomorrow, sounding louder by the DONG ....?

I was pretty upset losing that contract deal when I very much wanted our Monaco Signature 2005 rig after what PIPs and BM had caused to shatter our dreams like we are all going through once again like now...seems to feel a rebirth of Deja Vu...hahaaa

Well, one thing is kind and sure and a better blessing all along, so long as my inner energy allows me, what matters most really, is to take up my new assignment starting as a challenge with a new post at this stage with the recent partnership in a booming business enterprise somewhere in Paradise land.

I was also informed, with the current development of a 18-hole golf course already in the works on the complex, I can only muse at the thought of hitting the balls at the practise range to improve my swing once everyone has left....I have the course all to myself or with my close friends invited, privileged for one as Partner of a successful Realty Development business and Franchise owner of that golf course, I am now preparing and packing my suitcase and wardrobe to fly out in over 5 weeks time!

Din Ar tell ya.... life is pretty good, ooozing good energy with a healthy aura is all one needs to see the merits of good fortune waiting out there.... a wonderful feeling already!!! Yippeee!!!
