To keep everyone occupied, I think we need to start a lottery, on when the PIPS lottery will actually start.

The winner would be based on the actual 1st payout date.

If I understand correctly..

You sell these tickets to your mates, then your mates need to sell 3 tickets, etc, etc, etc..

You still don't have to pay anything. You only have to sell 3 tickets at 5$ each every week.

Here's something to think about

You sell tickets, someone who bought a ticket from you wins a large amount of money. For whatever reason they dont receive there winnings like what happened with the original pipsaid. Now there is a question of liability against the person who sold the ticket.

Just food for thought.
