(a) bookmaking; or
(b) wagering pools with respect to a sporting event; or
(c) in anumbers, policy, bolita, or similar game
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years or both.

I see what you are saying Mike, but the law states "foreign commerce of any record", which in my opinion could be interpreted as the Internet.
I am going to contact an attorney friend of mine before participating. I want to know, with all the legal issues around PIPS at the moment.
