This weeks figures look to set an all time high.
I have it from good authority that there will be a reserve pool to cover those who, for whatsoever reason, do not follow through when GPP closes and we have our documentation to forward. What constitutes a reserve pool I have no idea, maybe some orphanage or two or even the age limit may be raised to allow older recruiters to take a policy. I dont know, but somehow I think 100,000 will be reached, one way or another. Dont forget the older members (67 and above when it closes) are not included in the weekly totals.

I have asked Stella twice about this. But she doesn't want to answer the question. She answered the other question in the same mail, but not that one. That's why I asked her once again especially. But she didn't want to answer it the second time either.

So as far as I can se we believe/assume they will continue and do the payouts regardless how many members we are. But the truth is that they have not yet given us any guarantees.

I predict the steady signup rate at ~2500 members/week will continue for another 6 weeks, until about 85k members is reached, and then the last three weeks of aug will see a feeding frenzy which puts the final signup in the mid 90's. At that point i still believe the Trust will extend the deadline for another week or two to top off to the 100k mark. It would be senseless of them to just ignore thousands of contracts they can sign just for the sake of a seemingly arbitrary deadline. jmho
then again, the feeding frenzy may be enuf to get to 100k as well, but if its just a few thousand signups shy , then i see them extending the deadline.bLta

The counter hit 70000 at 9.41am UK time.
I watched it for several minutes from 69982. and someone somewhere was signing up at the rate of 2 per minute.
Things are sure speeding up :)
