good, I don't want it closed either. I know I am not alone in not liking this negativity....

Negativity is unproductive, I would suggest to delete all these posts and we can move back to the factual debate

First....Nej.....I do agree that many of us have gotten drawn into unnecessary jousting which is a by-product of not being able to accept that someone has a different opinion than others. This gets compounded when someone with an opposite opinion continues to post their opinion over and over and ridicles those who disagree.

We aren't here to "debate" the pros and cons of any program. We express our opinion without being told that we have to qualify our decisions. The ones who continue to tear down the opinions that they do not accept are the ones who continue to deny this and post their "facts" as though they were written in stone. No names need be mentioned...they know who they are.

As far as a "factual" debate is concerned......every investor has their own opinion and that is where it should end. Posting these "so called" facts over an over and then ridicling someone who disagrees is where the name calling begins.

Debating is an open door to name calling. If you post anything positive about a program, you're called a cheerleader which is pure nonsense. Let's hope that maturity moves us back to opinions and our vow to let these opposing opinions rest without badgering.

Actually all these posts provide a great history lesson, and a learning experience. Of course we get caught up in the one upmanship game, because we are human. Promise to keep it on target in dicussing the merits and asking questions about the program only going forward.

In case anyone wondered why I turn up after being a member for 2 years and suddenly start making posts about RPPs that are perceived to be negative here's the reason.

HYIPs in general pay out to some people and most know its a game, I and my colleagues play them and treat them like betting or lotteries just for fun and I think most folk after a while know they are pretty much all scams and its early in early out.

I work in UK financial services and have a team of 11 colleagues and between us we hold pretty much every UK regulated financial services qualification, we meet corporate investors who have portfolios of millions and also network with fund managers and analysts, we have access to search tools that are not normally available and can credit search, company search and complete other private bank searches that again most people don't get access to so we would actually say we are experts in our field and know a lot more than the average person

One thing we do come across a lot is prime bank fraud and I could tell some interesting stories on these but the principals of these look very similar to what we see here with a middle company or person liasing with mystical advisers who have access to unbelievable trades and wealth generating schemes, they are always introduced to people who have participated before but can't talk about it because of their NDA and I even know of one person who have a 45 minute telephone interview with the FED private placement program manager to validate his eligibility to go on the traders list and this person is actually a corporate lawyer!

So when we see RPPs and the all the talk about teps and insurance companies etc it creates an interest and I think the fact that everyone is a loser because its not set up to pay like a ponzi but on the completion of the contract has made us start posting in the forum.

I don't criticise anyone for holding hope of a big payout and this being genuine but please don't criticise me or my team for offering you advise based on facts and circumstances on a subject that we do actually know rather a lot about

We have decided this will be out last post for a while and perhaps in the future we will reveal our strategy for investment when this has failed and our credibility will be acknowledged

You and your colleagues play HYIPs. You acknowledge that nearly all HYIPs are scams. You win some and you lose some, so you make money off of someone else's loss.........basically that's stealing!

As long as you stay within your "in the box" thinking, nobody is challenging your qualifications.

You may think you know how RPPs are designed to work and legally, but there is more than a little doubt that you do.

First of all, nobody asked you for your advice and secondly, if you're such a professional financier, why are you wasting time with people participating in RRPs and why would a professional bother with HYIPs?

The fact that you participate in an activity that results in YOU stealing from other people (if you win money from the losses of others, you are stealing )who have lost shows that you have NO credibility!

Guess Chicosan, after his mea culpa post earlier, forgot all about this "new" posting stipulation. Gee, lasted a whole 1 post. And he had the audacity to blame others. What a joke.

Guess this means it is OK to challenge the integrity again of the poster, of which chicosan has none. Berty has far more credibility than you will ever have, but nice try to obfuscate which is all you can do.
