Here are the facts relating to GPP.
NO contact address.NO contact phone.NO registered business. No verifyable business plan.NO track record.Annonomous website.Deals through payment processors not recognised banks.Has one operative, a mysterious person named "Stella". No information on the "Trust Partners" or Banking solution. Finally, has not met previous payment dates.
Not much going for it! Lol.

Its like having an address, telephone and operatives guarantees something.PIPS had ofices, organised conferences,Brian Marsden was available for everybody but in the end.....no cigar still.Or worst scenario-you give information about the bank and some 100 000 people start calling it-nightmare isnt it.Hmmm about payment dates-its like when goverment have to keep inflation on 2%,but with every month prediction is totally smashed and grows more and more, have they met their obligation-obviously not.

Its time for everybody to realice that there are bigger scammers-power elite and so which are taking every year from everybody much more than 30euros.

Yes there are no guarantee's, even with an address and public image. However,at least you know who the instigators are.
In "Stella's" case, who will you bring to justice when payouts fail?
Inflation or Governments have nothing to do whatsover with an annonomous internet scam.

Hmmm justice-is bringing Bryan to justice gave back your investment.Obviously not.Sorry for giving you so complicated example about inflation-let me give oyu simple one. What is the difference between Iraq war which is obvious scam and GPP.The difference is that you can still get who is behind GPP and bring it to justice-assuming its scam its very easy for FBI or other goverment agencies. But tell me how you are going to bring to justice Mr Bush or whoever is behind his decision to start a petrol war.Seems impossible he is still president even scamming people for so long-estimated price for the war is bilions even more.Makes you think twice.Who is real scammer or you are still dreaming

Unfortunately in your example above, punishment cannot be given to "Stella" since nobody has a clue who,or where, she is.Governments and heads of such are generally untouchable for decisions on policy.
Rightly or wrongly,Governments legally collect your money via taxation.Internet scams are stealing your money and are therefore illegal.

This is a popular fallacy. Regulatory authorities are reactive, not proactive. They have no mandate to protect fools being parted from their money. Very often, only if a citizen files a complaint will they bother to investigate. And most of those who are naive enough to expect something for virtually nothing will prefer to remain anonymous.
