Did a quick search on both of these and they both look like ripe offs to me.
They have been around for a few years. Seems to me if they did what was advertised everyone would be doing it.
    Thanks

I think the announcement of having to provide your personal banking information is nothing more than a decoy to continue to sell more policies before they take the final powder. Many are now saying they are going to wait for the banking solution that GPP floated as being worked on. By the vast majority of people opting for this solution, they do not have to worry about making excuses for not paying, buys them more time to sell additional policies, and by the time they have to announce the "alternative banking solution" they were working on fell through, they can take their leave.

For those that do send in their banking information, some may get paid just to give this the air of legitimacy, and to sucker more people into buying more policies. It also keeps those who elect to wait for the alternative banking solution happy and thinking they are going to get paid. Won't be long until we know if my scenario is accurate or not.

Of course the site is down again, but at least this time they say it is for maintenace. Funny how the site goes down for maintenance, but they can't let the membership know in advance. All the companies I do business with give me an advance E-mail notice so I can plan accordingly. Guess they don't think it is important to provide "customer service." Another good way of shutting down, and people just thinking the site is down for maintenance before realizing they are gone for good.

If we get paid, how do we declare the income for tax purpose? Also, which kind of supporting documents would we send with the tax return? I would appreciate any insights.

It depends on what country you live in as to how you will be taxed, and what supporting documents you will need. First you are assuming you will get paid. So if you live in the U.S., you will not be taxed at your normal income tax rate. Instead you will be taxed on a lump sum payment, which is about 40-43%, if it does not qualify as a short term capital gain. It is not earned income, and this is what your normal tax rate is based on. Since this is "supposedly" invsetment income, you could be taxed at the short term captial gain rate, but that is provided this meets the criteria to do so. You would need to speak with a CPA or an Enrolled Agent accountant for the definitive answers, and what documents you will need. If you do not live in the U.S., then again you need to speak with a professional tax consultants or accountant to be sure.
