Don't understand why Darius thinks this is trash. These ventures certainly do exist, but banks and major players certainly do not broadcast these investments and may even deny such ventures if they were not under oath.

A while back I was trying to understand exactly what a trust debenture was, since that is what our loaning of funds were classified as. I did a google search and came up with PPP type ventures. These debentures were described in some detail and were very interesting read. I may have copied some of it and place it in a file somewhere. I will have to check. If I find it, I may post it.
