Interesting,
I just got my eBay account hijacked and for the life of me I cannot figure out how they did it. I fortunately am on site every day, and this is the only defense we have against damages. They were selling bogus items using my ratings, and thank goodness I caught it in time. What the scam involved was to encourage people who were bidding to pay off the eBay platform, something eBay warns against, but certain hot items will encourage the greedy to do just that. Anyway, I got that resolved, changed passwords, but now I find I got hit on my debit card from another scam, so I wonder if it is connected since I only use this card on eBay? There is no privacy any longer as our data can be sold to anyone for any reason, so I am behind Privacy-Right-Army all the way to stop this theft of data.
Good luck to all, Mike
