Luke has closed the forum... The BN is in corresponding with the authority in FBI/BN rep office in NY. I will be meeting BN's lawyer on Monday. The South Africa authority has all the details and Luke's email I sent. If moderator allows me to post my update here I will do it...

I could say that your answer is a little weird, but that would be a huge understatement.

First you say that we should contact BN to see that you're doing it right, you even provided the number to call (even if it was the wrong section). Then you say don't 'interfear'. I have contacted BN in Malaysia, they have no record of a complaint. They asked if I had a case number they could check for, or the name of an official dealing with the case.

I think you're really stupid, no matter what you do, so providing this information wouldn't change my perception of you.


On a general note, they did say that they would, of course, seek both sides of the story and accept input from any involved persons. They would not just launch an investigation without hearing both sides. Let me see how that would go if they contacted Luke. I might go something like this:
BN > "Mr. Borg, this person wants their money back."
Luke > "Sure, no problem. But I need to know who he is so that I might get the money to him."
BN > "He says you know who he is."
Luke > " I don't, he won't tell me."
BN > "Thank you for your time, Mr Borg. I'm sorry we disturbed you, we get these stupid childish reports all the time."


So, to summarize:
You won't tell Luke who you are, so he can't refund you.
You say you've reported him to BN. They have no record of this.
You don't have an IC3 complaint ID, which would have been e-mailed to you if you'd made a complaint.
You are going to cause the closure of a very promising project, just so you can get your jollies.

That's enough evidence for me. This clown has not filed a complaint. In any complaint situation, the authorities need to know both sides of the story, not just that of one deranged individual.

He insults the intelligence of this entire forum with his ramblings. He lowers the standard of this forum to a joke. Frankly, I'm surprised he's allowed to play such puerile antics here. Bottom line is that Luke will come through, but he can't be expected to work to the instructions of a mental lightweight such as this mouthpiece.

My report to the authority has nothing to do with you. Yes, the authority would not listen to one side of the story and that's why I'm saying I will be meeting their lawyers. I have submitted the relevant documents to them. Of course they have to investigate before proceed with any charges, right?

Everything must be concrete I mean really concrete before any charges can be taken. If I make report today the authority would not proceed tomorrow, they will take sometime to investigate.
