I still don't believe you. You must have considered what will happen to you if you're wrong. The legal mountain that would come down on you. You’d be in ruin. He isn't getting on my nerves. I am just angry for all the people he's going to spoil it for. There are a lot of people who will lose the chance of a better life. And for what?

I now don't believe he's filed a complaint, he knows that action would expose who he is. Then no force on earth would protect him. Unfortunately, his actions here alone will bring a halt to the slow painful progress that Luke has been making. This exposure couldn't have come at a worse time, and this ¡d¡ot probably knows this. It's sabotage, pure and simple.

If this fool had filed a complaint, he wouldn't have a problem with anyone verifying it. How could any contact spoil the complaint? The facts are the facts, they will come out. That's what an investigation is for. The Lady at Bank Negara said that, before any investigation is launched, all facts are gathered and both sides of the story are gathered. If an investigation is warranted , it will then be made formal. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Because she was acting in a professional manner, she was not able to use the words, but the message was clear: ignore the fool.

It is worth noting that the Lady at BN did say that if it became apparent that an individual was trying to waste their time, the investigation would then turn to them. BN would not take kindly to being used in such a way.

I thought the answer to that would be obvious. Given your behaviour illegal entry to the Forum by others now becomes a consideration.
I can't help but feel you are out of your depth here. Take the refund. If not from Luke take it from me or from any of the other offers available.
