Astro, things change, get over it. You say things as if they were written in stone. We were told from day 1 that it would be difficult and that things will probably change. dinarman, I don't know what constitutes a crime where you live. I still live in the free world, where sharing of information isn't a crime. I'm not inciting anyone to violence, everyone will have the choice to do what they want with the information. I'll be paying 2000MYR for it, so it is mine to do with as I please.

On that note, I'm glad I hired an international investigator, there's a surprising twist to this story.

Can you share the update that was posted 3 days ago? I can't find it. I would love to know what is going on.

yes I am. I got the email from Luke some time ago. But nothing 3 days ago.

There used to be a topic for Luke's program. But I can not find it anywhere. All I see is this thread.

dinarman, I think you are current then. I think what gosub is saying is that things are proceeding well and they can only do so much until everything lines up. Unfortunately you can only make things happen only so fast. Hang in there!

I'm sorry all he has is till today. I have sent email to some of you and you know I'm serious in this. The report will certainly be done and if no respond from Luke on the update then tomorrow this will be a big issue. Many lives will be destroyed by Luke himself. I have already given time frame to Luke to post an update in the forum but nothing has been done and no refund made too. Like I said many many times if no refund and least say something in the forum. Is this too much to ask for now? I hope he will at least say something in the forum in regards to this, I assure you my official report to the authority will be on by tomorrow.

Astro2, this being a subscription-free forum... equally applied to all including Luke being privileged with this Sticky thread to dialog with all his members of his HE Type program plan which he for some reason or another, chose to limit/restrict or stay silent for all the good reasons he upholds as proclaimed, it is a choice he endures for what it takes and harbors whilst taking into account, what any consequences he faces as a result.

Such is the consequence he now face with your actions you persistently try to convey and you execute it in a manner, which is undertaken to conform and suit your agenda.

This course you embark is solely and only, one that rests on your shoulders and no one has the right either to deprive, deter or oppose what you regard is an action you find befitting to your lost cause with Luke's HE Type program.

ROLClub has no influence either on Luke or his past actions on his own programs he created of which you are or supposedly, was also involved albeit in whole, partly or none.

Your actions as you claim, to involve Legal steps against Luke will be one of your own initiative and as such, ROLClub has no influence on your decision either.

To those who wants to see the letter from the authority please PM me. The Authority has just sent me a letter in regards to Luke. I'm in the midst of compiling all the emails and forum news to the authority. A press is definately on for this case. Luke will have till 1 April 2008 at 7pm (Malaysia's time). After 7pm still no news or refund from him then I will proceed with legal action. To those who think this is a game, you may just call Bank Negara if I really made report. All they are waiting is more info from me, once they have sufficient info, everything will be prosecuted.

My lawsuit against Luke has nothing to do with Rolclub and Rolclub did not influence me to further my lawsuite against Luke.
