I believe that P**S will be back running just fine. My post is just a good advice by own experience. This company have been running fine since 1994, and is also a good opportunity.
Bless you all

Even easier and cheaper is to educate yourself regarding the IRS tax code.
- Are you really an employee by the IRS definition?
Are you really earning income and wages by the IRS definition?
Is the IRS tax code illegal or legal but grossly misleading?
Can you legally attach a different form than W-2 or 1099 when filing, where you can define your taxable income?
Are you forced to pay taxes unless you are a government employee?
Are you forced to pay taxes on anything other than interest income from national banks?
Can you file amended returns and correct your earlier filings based on your new knowledge and receive all or most of your incorrectly withheld taxes for the last three years?
Should you be afraid of the IRS?
Do you want to know more?

If you join programs that don't pay -- then you can deduct your investments in these programs and actually have a tax write-off.
However if you make money you should pay your taxes -- they can actually say that there is no time limit when it comes to what you owe the IRS if they consider that you were trying to avoid taxes --so WHEN you are caught -you are in big trouble.
If you just did not pay enough -- you can actually get away with just paying when you are caught.

Ther's only one way to avoid tax and avoid the trouble avoiding taxes can bring:
do not work
do not do any business
do not purchase taxable items
do not own taxable items
do not eat taxable foods like candies
do not use taxables services like phones (and, in the UK: no tv or radio!)Do yourself a favor: have your head examined today.
