That is a great move! Paying the dividends in a more structured way will give you and the banks the time needed to keep a handle on things. The choices are varied and sufficient to meet the needs of all members. I suggest that there is also a limit set maybe by a percentage as to the amount that can be withdrawn, just as ATM machines have set limits as to the amount of cash that can be withdrawn daily. I believe that this would eliminate the massive daily withdrawals that makes the banks nervous. The ATM card is a good idea, but would work well only if daily limits are set.I know that you are doing your best and trying to cooperate with authorities so all is not lost. The withdrawal problems will, under the new structure be eliminated, as they will be automated and only payable on a monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, annual or maturity basis.

This is certainly a case, which is nothing new to consider, whereby anything "MORE" than the approved limit with an ATM, can still be resolved by stepping inside the bank or any for that matter, and presenting your DC as legitimate proof and requesting a "LARGER" amount for WDwal.

Most of the DC's out there and circulating around is unable to provide this "extra" dimension with services....coming off from a normal DC you & am familiar about but I'm considering this option to let BM seriously weigh in on ours.... but I'll wait, no hurry from our side as we are aware, our system as approved and soon to be introduced, is still something like 4 over years advanced technology outside the USA.... which most banks will not be ready to adapt due to the high costs involved...yes, we are talking about millions for each individual Bank to integrate and replenish/upgrade just to keep up with what we are already putting in place.... in the USA!

However, our cards, click my signature below to find out, will be ahead on this innovation and it will serve perfectly for card holders (esp. those residing outside the USA) who plan to draw out MORE than the usual "limited" amount executed from an ATM and it curtails the "hopping about from one ATM to another....like a mad froggy zapper...

I'm sure we have a solution for all PIPSters here...with our DC cards that has no rival so far...not for another 4-5 years... YOU can bet on THAT!
