it is "on hOLD" and as you will soon realise once youhave read through the many threads relating to the investigation, you will understand that we ARE ALL (or most PIPSters) patiently waiting for the "release" hold by BNM.

Currently we have no staff left, they have to earn a living so all are gone, it is left to just Sharon and I to deal with at the moment and it is a monumental task.

When we do get it all back it will take some time to sort through it all and get it back in order.

Firstly Bryan

A VERY big thankyou for all that you are doing to get PIPS programs up again. We have been with PIPS since August last year. We put in our superannuation (about $6 000) as we knew it was our only future as Social Security was never going to cover things alone. We had to retire (because of my husband's ill health) about 12 mths before we planned and are now struggling and our daughter has to have surgery probably in February and possibly Radiotherapy at a hospital about 400klms away and we can't afford to stay to be with her and the travel expenses are also going to be difficult.

Enough of that now.

I would just like to make a comment on the "Automated Withdrawal".

I hope we will still be able to change our loan amount on a daily basis and accumulate the amount (as we were able to do in the past) we wish to withdraw each month (etc) and not have it set at a certain limit.

The things that I was planning will require a variable amount each month. i.e. some months I will only require say $4 000 but other months (especially when it grows a bit more) I will need more like $500 000 and on some instances even more than that.

I have determined NOT to go into debt to do any of these things because if some catastophy should befall PIPS (God forbid another one) I couldn't cover the debts. So I am only going to do what I can do when the CASH is in the bank. I was hoping not to have to wait too long each time I want to do something.

I was hoping to do some very large projects particularly for our youth that are having difficulties and these projects will require substantial funds to operate.

Also through a trust fund I want to buy (for cash) a house each for my adult children. That will require about $500 000 ea. (They have separate PIPS a/c)

Anyway thankyou again for what you are doing and I hope you and Sharon have a happy and safe christmas with whatever family and friends are around you.

As BN never made a statement of anything more than they are investigating, I wonder if there ever were any official charges made. I would suspect it was over non payment given it was Picpay and merchant issue which was a disaster, so that was what was originally being investigated, then all related companies, other than PIPSAID. With so many not being paid, I would think investigation would be first step, and rightfully so given thousands have been waiting for withdrawal from Picpay for many months, myself included. Time will tell as the truth has to come out sooner or later. Stay tuned.

i think all should stop asking qustions at this point i think bryan as proved to us all that there is a chanch of this coming back if this was a scam as meny have said why would he still be there now talking to us ??
we all want to make money and we all want to belive its all coming back and our rol is as was when it went down let the guy get it together none of us are living on the street right now
