Shell, that was not a shot at you.... believe me. I'm just looking for valid upfront honest information from Bryan (or his attorney's) regarding the satus of money that has been frozen and what steps we may have to take to have the monies released.

I think he has needed this time to make up his next reason nothing will happen when he post the next time because of "The New Reason". The new reason will not be his fault, none of it has been so far?

What bother's me most of all is that we are not informed about what happened with the funds. Where is all the money hiding? Who is managing the funds? Will we ever see some of it back, weither Pips returns or not?

I also invested a 5 figure amount into Pips and involved friends and family for a total amount of 50 K. Some are angry with me now as they consider me responsable for their losses. So I've lost much more than only funds.

The answers on these questions are not depending on the investigation. Both BON and BM, know exactly where these funds are at this time, but for a totally obscure reason never comment on them. Why is this?

Can you imagine any other serious financial institution doing what BON did with PIPS without publishing an official report about the reason for their investigation and what probabely is going to happen with people's money wheiter PIPS comes back or not?

Instead of talking around the question with new programs like LOTO it think that most of us are eager to find out about the funds they invested already.

I cannot imagine that people are ready to spend a single dime in a new program before PIPS ore the money they invested into it are back.

I still believe BM is an honest person with only the best of intentions but I also believe that it is time now to tell us the whole truth without any reserve.

Did you ever get permission? I know a MOD on halotto forum in the chat section stated that he had it confirmed Thursday that Bryan was working hard, but wouldn't give a time line. My question is that the license for the lotto run out in March, which unless the bank releases things before then, he needs to hurry up to get some money rollin. Maybe the bank has already released everything and Bryans going to supprise us, maybe wishfull thinking on my part.
