Well, why doesn't someone just dial the old number, see who answers (obviously it will be the "phone thief", tell him you have some flowers to deliver, get his/her address, then show up and retrieve the phone for BM?

Great idea except that the phone probably got blocked the minute it was reported stolen because the phonecompany might don't want to pay for the thiefs phonecalls. It would also be quite a giveaway if the thief started calling all his friends from a stolen phone.

It worked in the sitcom "Seinfeld", thou..... if you ever saw it. The guy who stole Jerrys car answered the carphone and then Kramer asked him to look for his gloves in the glove compartment and send them to him..... and he did. LOL.

I should have known folks like you and Newlife would look at one part of my statement instead of the overall context of it. I'm on here reading everyday and I have read statements from you all that are not so RA! RA! I'm most positive that a large number of members agree with what I said and it was put rather mildly considering the complete lack of communication and professionalism displayed by our CEO ( that is the CRAP that I was refering
to)! Obviously my statement was not referring to this site as a whole! Rather sad I had to explain it.

If that happened to me and I was bankrupt (that was the case right here also, right?) a friend of my could easy send me money where ever I have been it is very simple it is only to visit a BANK and you don not even to have an account or you can use Western Union http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp they are transferring money in realtime it is very simple.

Another important issue if I was a VIP person as well my associates I should have a back up on all important phone numbers RIGHT???

Please wake up PIPS and Bryan Marsden only try to make smoke screams.

You guys crack me up! I have never seen so many people make excuses for a CEO in my life. IN the 15 months I have ben involved with PIPS I have not gotten 1 penny from a withdrawal and have heard more B.S. than a Senate hearing! It's been one excuse after another, what a disgrace to drag peoples emotions through the gutter time and time again, and you folks still act like BM is God. Some of you folks need to come out of your euphoric coma and face reality! We all wanted PIPS to be real but the only real thing I have seen is the crap I keep stepping in around hear. It's time to call a Spade a Spade!

It's a fact that there's absolutely nothing anyone can do or know for sure until the investigation is finished an there's an official report. I am sure you don't disagree with that. So whether Bryan said it or not is really not the point. I might as well say it myself. No one can do anything until the investigation is finished. You can say it too, because it's true.

Whatever the result of the investigation is, it takes a lot of time to track hundreds of thousands of transactions. And they're still at it. You can check it on BNM's hompage yourself. There's been a notice there since the end of september. I'm quite sure they will change that once they are done. It doesn't matter if you don't like that they're not finished yet. I don't think they care about your opinion.

So don't call a fact an excuse.
