Almost... I meant, get immediate or much earlier access before the rest who had not donated, so they still get the news but a thad later....

Marek has a worthy and fair option to offer and fundamentally, its not an alternative one just cast aside...

Think carefully and weigh the circumstances and you'll agree, there's more sense to it than just saying it or disregarding it... for those who have been waiting disgustingly long on the trial's outcome i.e.

My option is based on the current status, the reality as it now and still shows... it is too low for satisfaction to sustain while the many out there remains complacent with an indifferent attitude, albeit one is for or against what the Marsdens have done to the whole setup of PIP Inc now being where it is.

The fact remains... I support option Nr# 1 but don't take my word that there is just too many jumping in on this... suddenly out of the blue (I truly wish it would frankly), coz there are two goals achieved with this and thats what you are in for as well, to gain something substantial as well trusting ROLClub can accomplish on your behalf and with your modest sum however way one wants to regard it, a donation as well as an Investment... like hitting two birds with one stone!!!

I will draft out a new appeal as a suggestion on this new option... to the members...

Thank you for the support from either divide... we are in this together whether we write it off from sometime back or still following with a passionate belief... show us that you are a man of your belief... support the Fund drive because it needs to be funded so Batty can get covered to gain the news we deserve to hear & know.

BM's lawyers who are asking for the postponements, whats up with that i dont know. Are they all incompetent?

It is amazing that a bail hearing produced no significant decrease, and even more amazing they didn't at least lower bail for Sharon. Well, given all the commercials being played on Malaysia, the safe secure place to open your business, no doubt they don't want this news to get out on massive fraud of millions right under their noses, and from a Brit no less, sure would send the wrong message, so I do think this has been kept on the back burner more for this reason than any other.

When I see those commercials and the current minister of finance trying to assure outsiders to invest in Malaysia, I can't help but think this is more political than any of us will ever know. It would be an embarassment if the news on this case had hit the press. From very start there was barely a mention of case, one small blip was about it and even that came out months after they were jailed.

Heck, we have all been scammed, lost money, misled, but not to the tune of tens of millions, so I would highly doubt we will ever see justice in this case, and Marsden's may never see the light of day again if you ask me. This BS over new attorney is just another legal way to extend and delay case forever. The gov. will put pressure on these so called court appointed defense lawyers at the last minute and just as we have seen, over and over again, lawyers quit and new ones have to get familiar with the case all over again, and this takes months. Seeing what I have seen, the mould is set, there won't be any hearings in next couple years.

To a large degree, yes, it may appear just that and it will surely send some clear signals to those planning to stage from Malaysia but on the other hand, it goes on relentlessly.... corruption and Fraud pursues unabated and to a blasphemous scope as well...

If any of you recall, even their once leading PM went as far as to get his Deputy PM (his once strongest ally and next in line to take over) behind bars by some concocted version related to sodomy... phew!!! Whats next... oh but PLENTY... Batty can update us while we wait till the next two months of another show or disappointment.

I was once informed, given the two places... BM miscalculate his moves with not going for Singapore and decided firmly with Malaysia instead perhaps for all the obvious reasons being, Sharon is a Malaysian by birth & virtue.

Both Malaysia & Spore has since adopted the British Legal system but have independently amended quite thoroughly, esp. with the Singapore Law and Malaysia, "somewhat", as it now shares influence imposed by the Muslim Shariat to a certain degree.

Given the choice, he (Bryan) probably would have been released by now if it was played out in Spore rather than still awaiting trial with the Malaysian Legal System.... he has actually, landed on a beach head and seeing that rainbow bridge as being "so near and yet, so eternally far away" for comfort in a Malaysian Prison!!!

He also played his cards badly on this... His HALOTTO was a real bad Poker's Bluff.

Some things you have conveniently overlooked in regard to your comments before and above. First: A thorough investigation was done by BNM for over a year before Bryan and Sharon were arrested. PIPS was shut down in August of 05, but they were not arrested until October of 06. They were arraigned and requested a trial. Since they could not make bail, they were put in jail. They had 3 hearings to try and get their bail reduced, but out of the 3, they were only able to get it reduced modestly. All the other delays have been at the request of the Marsden's attorney, not the court or the prosecutor. In Malaysia, you are not innocent until proven guilty unlike in America. It is up to the Marsden's to prove they are innocent. They demanded a trial, and a trial is what they will get. If they want to stop all this, they can plead guilty and have the court sentence them. Otherwise they will sit in jail until their trial happens.

They are not facing one trial, but two. The next one was scheduled to start next Monday, but I believe this will be delayed for the same reason this trial was delayed. Again these delays are all at the request of the Marsden's past and present attorney, not anyone else.

I would appreciate your listing one money-making business Bryan had other than getting money from PIPSters since you claim there were some. If you can, you will be the first to ever do so.

The only reason why the Marsden's have sat behind bars for two years is because they could not make bail. Had they made bail, they would be with friends and family. What is really interesting is there was a legal defense fund at one time for them, but no-one knows what happened to the money. We know it wasn't used for their attorney (none was present at their arraignment) or bail.

I look forward to learning just what businesses Bryan was running that were successful as you claim.

Many a times, I get such examples from unknown usernames and out of the blue, expressing to support with a donation but I also get a chill in being vulnerable to the ill-intentions of the bogus supporters, and there WERE MANY... since the day we began the Donation Fund!!!

They even go as far as posting on the Forum saying they will...bla, bla blah... but nothing was then heard nor received but that is life we have to cope with.

Here is the latest, just received a few minutes ago and after it bounced back, I've decided to do something about it so others can read and be made aware of my vulnerable but safe position which is why, I now trust PayPal for their recovery of funds if one tries to go fraudulent....

To give the following gentleman the benefit of the doubt I extended to him with no reservations.
