    Hassle,

You do not have to find 3279 people, this is a forced matrix so signups from you, your upline and your downline go into your matrix. As I have pointed out to rolclubing you have to sell 3 tickets not buy them and even at that you can sell 1 ticket each to 3 different people and qualify for commission.

    5. The company does not come under US jurisdiction unless it sells tickets offline or operates its business physically in the US. Also note members are NOT agents, representatives or employees of the company they are independent, as it is with all PIPS operations.

THE LOTTO IS LEGALLY LICENSED FOR INTERNET.
I want to start off by saying that I am from a family who worked in the casinio business all their lives here in Atlantic city. I tend to know the laws of gambling and internet gambling like the back of my hand.. I can tell you one thing for sure. Just because the lottery itself doesn't fall under US jurisdiction, that does not mean it is legal for US citizens to purchase tickets. In fact its is totally illegal for US citizens to take part.

This is a fact. Call any local or state or national government agency in the US and they will tell you the same.

Why don't you let everyone know what a hypocrite you are by telling everyone how you believe that all the ads on your forum are scams but you promote them to make money.

    #1 No I won't be calling anyone.

#2 I never said I believed that all the ads on my forum are scams, In fact I know for a fact that many are not. How does this have anything to do with the subject at hand? This forum has the same exact ads.

All I am saying is that people should look into things before taking someones word that it is legal, as it clearly is not if you are a US citizen.

With the morass that the US legal code has become, how do we know that sitting in front of our computers and continuing to breath aren't against some law or ordinance at this point? Besides, since you're such a student of US gambling laws, you know that the majority of those were "locally" legislated into being to protect the profits of permitted gambling organizations. Pippyman found the Federal statute and it only specifically lists the telephone and US mail which are/were Federally monitored/regulated.

Each person in the US should check their state or local laws to be sure but it isn't a Federal matter if it is centered around the internet and one isn't sending tickets to anyone. No one has specifically said it but I'm sure that these "tickets" are e-tickets that only exist online unless the purchaser prints out their own. Printing their own on their computer for their own records would be legal because nothing was "sent".

Lastly, I heard somewhere that you're 23 years old? Is that true? If so, you've still got a lot to learn and shouldn't consider yourself the authority on anything. You run an argumentative forum on the internet...That doesn't make you an expert on anything, except maybe banner sales.

Here is a question that may or may not have been asked. For those who plan on promoting to non Pips members are you going to provide full disclosure by mentioning that BM and pips are currently under investigation. Please dont say its none of there business.

    Thumbs up understood

ok ok, I think I've got it now.
I don't have to refer anyone!
    because, being a forced matrix,
my upline will provide my downline (spillover).
and my downline will provide my deeper downlines (spillover).
and if one of my upline drops out,
my downline becomes my upline (spillunder?)
    I like it.
    where do I sign?
