There are several threads already with all the program information but I would
just like to add.....how easy this program was for me to sign up! They are accepting for a limited time payment by credit/debit card which was great for

I joined at the $50 and it is going to take up to six months before i get the $250 evp

i was under the impression it would be 3 weeks to a month, i emailed Tom Green about this.......he wanted to know who my sponser was for misleading me.

i thought i could add to the $50 already sent to buy the $99 membership and then purchase the $250 evp but that is not possible, i would have to join again additionally,,,,,,,,

Updates all members we have your “EVP” and “EBP sums completed and totaled for PeraAds. VERY IMPORTANT YOU WILL ONLY SEE YOUR TOTAL AFTER CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE OVER IT TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT.



Please do not email Customer Service or call asking why you can’t see your total you will when it has been checked and not before. We want to make sure it is correct before we release it. If it is still incorrect after we check it then contact us for correction.



The programming calculated everyone but some were put in with wrong dates and such that will give a wrong total. We have made the decision to release PeraAds totals as they are checked. This won’t take to long and all week you will see and hear more and more PeraAds members have their totals updated.



Next item Debit Cards:

Michael Simmons and Tom Green have debit cards now we are testing and our Techs4Success Inc program has been approved by the bank to sell the Master Card Debit Cards. Yes, there is one more piece of Due Diligence we must get to the bank before you can order your Master Card debit card, and that is a bank reference letter that is no problem at all. We have done business with our bank for many years with a good relationship and they have provided many of these letters for us in a timely manner in the past.



We have decided to keep it simple and go with only one card a Master Card. This will give you more options to use it anywhere. The final cost is not known yet. You will know the middle of next week. We will have cards in your hands soon and you will be able to order friends and family cards for members of your family you want to give money to. This has been a lot of paper work but it is right and in complete compliance with all laws foreign and domestic that we know of. We will batch load your Master Card by Ach the first of each month the way we have it set up now. This may change if we find this takes to many people way out of 90 days to get paid. If we only use one date some may wait almost 120 days to be paid so we may go with twice a month to keep everyone happy.



Exciting times are just around the corner. Next week we will begin to talk to you about your legal structure. We will never endorse any method to not pay your income taxes due. Being in an audit is not a fun thing ask me I know. I can tell you if you follow the law you will come out ok. Just don’t go blind into any structure ask your accountant, or spend $100 to $500 for advice of an attorney. Who ever sells you the structure will not be at your audit your attorney and accountant will be so get their advice. One last word of advice make sure you have an accountant who understands international accounting law to some degree. To get an expert in that field is very expensive and let common sense prevail. If you form an off shore corporation get an FEIN number as you would any domestic corp. Study on the internet and we will have on our calls Art Groveman who has spent a lot of time understanding off shore structures and how to do it legal and in compliance with all laws. We of course will not endorse or lend our name to structures he provides but feel he has done his home work unlike some others we have seen. I personally spent $8,500 on what turned out to be an illegal stacked trust as the IRS called it. I did not file a return with that structure and the gentleman that sold us that worthless paper wishes he had not done so. Only you in the end sign your name to your tax return. You are responsible for what is on it so be careful to do this structure right. Another great source of information is the IRS.gov web site. They spell out what you can and can not do.



Now is the time to do something with your taxes for next year. If you receive a sum this year of course you will have to report it. You don’t have to report until you take money, and once that happens you owe taxes that must be paid. We will help you understand this important information. We will add a couple of special calls to help you learn what structuring is and why you need it.
