Seems like Ali from DinarTrade is your best bet over there in the US. Here in Australia, we seem to be spoilt for choice (Travelex, ANZ etc). DinarTrade have a good rep and very trustworthy - everyone here will vouch for them.

Good question, but it is a moving target, so keep that in mind. I paid $974. for 10M, and I have been seeing rates on eBay at up to $150. per mil, so I had sold off some given the spike in prices.
