Anybody with a good rumor or prediction on the Dinar?

Hi Livefree. I have been hearing that everything is in place and Maliki will retire and won't seek re-election. Supposedly, the RV should happen between June 1 and the 14th 2013. There is an Iraqi article that was written awhile back that predicted June 30, 2013 as the cutoff date. In other words, it has to happen by then. I will try to see where it is and get back to you. Here it is Livefree: The World Bank Iraq Trust Fund Banking Sector Reform Project, meaning Banking Sector reform project is projected to be complete this month. It outlines June 30, 2013 as the end of this program. We shall see. Seems like good news and maybe the wait wiil be finally over sometime this month.

Where is everyone? Well, here we go again with people on other sites posting what seems like a ridiculous rate for r/v of the IQD ($25.--). I don't pay attention any more. Just take it with a grain of salt. Good luck livefree.

Been a while since I last visited ROL, but one thing for sure, the hype of revalue on most sites continues more than ever. Imagine, this has been a ten year journey and finally, I see it coming to an end. Still have good contacts in Kurdistan, and their local economy is booming, and they are finally seeing this being resolved, so I do finally think we are close to seeing Iraqi dinar restored to former value. You have to laugh at all the garbage being posted of $25. + which is about as insane a prediction I ever heard. LOL

What is most interesting is to see in print that Iraq has $80 Billion plus in reserves. Simply put, this says it all, there is no way the dinar can remain at toilet paper level value when sitting on $80 Billion in reserves. Just can't happen, so this combined with actual gov. announcements of impending revalue, these are the indicators I was waiting on. No predictions, I won't join the *****s who post just for the sake of posting, as if they feed off of baiting people, sick in my opinion, and everyone knows the names of these morons by now?
