It will be interesting if Parliament does vote to pass the HCL tomorrow and as reported, enacted that day to keep it from being blocked anymore. I have received information that one major Bank player is all geared up for the RV to go into place today. So when it happens they will be ready for business without delays.

Remember, this offer is VOID where Prohibited by Law!
