So you are saying that since nothing has gotten done in a year it's because it's not as easy as we think? Why haven't the HCL, RETIREMENT LAW, KIRKUK REFERNDUM or FIL moved forward? It's more than a matter of it being easy or hard, it's about a government not taking the initiative to take responsibility for its own country. Until they actually "do something" nothing will get done hard or easy. This is why our government is pulling their hair out over these losers.
