One thing we all fail to remember when we are making comments about people's grammar and spelling is that not everyone on here is from the US. Instead of going at people who spell something wrong or say it wrong, we should be thankful that people from other countries are learning to communicate with us.
After 20 years in the military and being here in Iraq for the past 3 years I have traveled to allot of places and no matter what country I was in, their road signs were in their native tounge as well as english. Travel to the US and what language do you see? Only english. That tells me that all of the other countries are learning and progressing in the english language so they can communicate effectively to us all. We are not doing that. We tell people if you want to be in the US, then you need to learn to speak english and when they do, we downgrade them when they do not speak or write correctly
So before any of us get the urge to correct someone's english or spelling maybe we should sit back and think about maybe where they come from and how far they have gone to get there. None of us are perfect
In addition, just because we are all in this investment together does not make us all on the same level as far as speaking and writing english. We are all very diverse here and come from many different back grounds. Maybe we need to respect each other for what we say here and not so much how we say it. In the end, when the reval is revealed to us, it is not going to matter how it was said now will it? Either way, we are going to the bank......Regards, Donna
