The people rising up could be the final piece to the puzzle. We all no the GOI are a greedy bunch, and would fill their pockets till the last possible minute. Now the people are making a stand, and could stop the country cold if they stick together. Hopefully the GOI will see the writing on the wall and finally do what needs to be done!

I don't think that anyone knows for sure. My understanding is that parts of it have been passed, but there is still work left to do. I hope that I am wrong, and it is passed! Sorry, wish that I could be of better help!

What the hey is dagone hard to say hey this is giong to benefit all of us and get the darn thing done. Heard the have to have a certian number of readings on it. Well just give them a copy and tell the parlament no pay until you are versed in the HCL and are able to sit like human beings not greedy pigs and discuss this. Then put it into law and everyone makes money on it .
Not that hard. When you hold pay from someone they will usually get of there duff and do something about it. What about those employed by the govermant that are'nt getting paid. What about them.
