Rate: All along I have been as confident as possible that it would be between .93 & .98 Euro, . . . or the equiv. US$, / or the basket . . . but he still maintains this US$3.45 figure . . . only time will tell . . .

To those posters on a *different* forum that accuse me of lying & BS & other nice compliments . . . sorry, but I am ONLY posting here . . . If you do not like my info, please GO AWAY . .

If I am wrong here, I am probably off to the closest Peterbilt Dealership . . . so don’t worry about me posting anymore of my controversial thoughts . . .

I’ll be back / if / when I get anything more . . . Am off for the day for my Daughters Alumni Lacrosse game . . . I hope I don’t roast / it’s supposed to be 90 degrees here today . . .

If iraq has requested a new par value at the mid-May Art IV meeting, then I suspect the outcome may rest on the audit results. I would also suspect that a new LoI was presented at or around the time of the Art IV meetings, leaving Shabibi an approximate 2 week window to pull the trigger, so to speak.

This is so confusing to me, can I ask you to explain in layman terms, exactly what this would mean to us, is this a new dinar you are talking about?

Not a new dinar, but rather a new value.
Iraq and the IMF were to have Article IV meetings in mid-May.
Read up a little, and see if this helps.
