Your sarcasm is getting to be a bit much. You somehow seem scorned, for some reason. If you don't like the news here, or rumors as they are, you still have your private chat room, I am sure your sources will confirm anything that you need. This forum has been doing okay and all of a sudden, you raise your head with all kinds of ugly sarcastic comments. SGS is free to post what she feels, go on vacation when and where she wants, for whatever reason she wants, that's her business. I don't recall her asking anyone to believe anything she or rr has said, or for you to fall into some type of anxiety fit. What we do know is tha this ride is almost over. I am looking forward to the ride ending just so that I won't have to hear from some of you ever again. Get over yourself and please stop being so childish. The mods have asked that people respect each other and behave in a civilized manner. I don't think that's too much to ask. If you all don't like each other, I can live with that, I just don't appreciate reading through the thread to see all of the bickering back and forth. I sure hope we don't get another thread closed due to some people's ignorance. There is two ways to apply to the WTO. "non-market" and "market" Vietnam applied with the WTO under Non-market were they do not have to have a world wide tradable currency and they became a member. To my understand of reading there newspapers - back in March they went back to the WTO to change to "market" agreement and that start the RV theory for vietnam.

Now back in 2004 Iraq applied under Market Agreement. No they do not have to RV they can open their currency on the world market at 1260 to the dollar - but that would be economis suicide on their part.

I'm not pissed at anybody at all - I just trying to get the "Facts" straight which is hard to do in the Rumor section so people don't go out and spend their car payment or max a credit card on info that "sounds" like "fact" that is NOT.

Never EVER purchase more dinar on what you READ in the rumor section - no MATTER who says what!!!

Oh I do read the Think Tank and News Tread but someone can post their comments to something it comes across as "fact" but if you cross ref to the rumor section you can find out that it is not "fact" but just somebodies "thought" I just was stating that I am not pissed at anybody - and just hoping that newbies, lurkers, etc will stop and do some cross "ref" for themselves. Lets start with the Pension Law - yes the law was passed on May 19th that you can View Here

Now some say the RV is in the Pension Law which is BS JMO. BUT yes the Pension law can give a clue to the possible a RV rate. With understand what the law is all about you can understand how important to our RV it is. Now here in the U.S.A. people can open a retirement plan (thanks to a dear friend for helping me see this). As an example lets say you work for an hourly wage and you bring home $2,000 per month BUT when you "retire" your retirement pay is $1,400 per month mush less then when you were working. I feel the Pension Law in iraq is along the same lines. With the passing of this Law if a rate was given or signed off on by whatever person that need to sign it was the RATE PER DINAR OF THE RETIRMENT PLAN - NOT THE RV RATE FOR THE WORLD MARKET VALUE PER DINAR.

Now the importance of this Law to the TRUE RV of the dinar - now that iraq has a Pension/Retirement Law in place with "retirement pay set" before the next retirement checks GO OUT don't you think that they need to have an RV? So when does retirement checks go out for June? June 1st? June 10? June 25th? Plus will Iraq hold those retirement checks for June and pay June & July in July? This is still bit of a mystery on the checks.

What has been published does not have a rate and I have not finished cross ref the old Pension Law to the new Law to see what is different. At this time I don't think it will be published the rate of the pension law due to the fact it would give clues to the RV rate we want.

As an example and this IS AN EXAMPLE: Let say the Pension Law rate for dinar is $1.20 (since the greedy kurds have been screaming that rate forever) and Lets say it is published. Well People or economist or REALLY SMART FX people will see Pension Law $1.20 and Know that the RV amount will be higher since it is and will be based into a hourly pay. How much Higher??? nobody knows until it gets here - but Iraq is VERY smart and Knows not to publish it.

We all need to learn how to use the IGNORE FEATURE so we can just ignore these people who get under our skin from time to time. It is a simple process and it would eliminate all this nonsense once and for all. As many have stated, they do not like some posts, but you have to understand, we cannot always blantantly delete every sarcastic post, so please, use your ignore feature which is much more effective than for us to block out those few who are declared to be sarcastic.
