I'm not pissed at anybody at all - I just trying to get the "Facts" straight which is hard to do in the Rumor section so people don't go out and spend their car payment or max a credit card on info that "sounds" like "fact" that is NOT.

Never EVER purchase more dinar on what you READ in the rumor section - no MATTER who says what!!!

Why should you expect more than a "rumor" in the rumor thread. This is an old issue. All rumors are to be taking with a grain of salt (maybe a truck load) and members are cautioned that they are just rumors and not to max out their cards, etc. That's why RR wouldn't give any more info until after all the banks in the US had closed so no one would run out and buy any more or put their financial wellfare at risk. So if you want facts go to the Think Tank. Please stop rehashing old issues.

Old news can give many clue to what could be thinking for an RV time frame - so I think rehashing it would be a good idea.

Lets start with the Pension Law - yes the law was passed on May 19th that you can View Here

Now some say the RV is in the Pension Law which is BS JMO. BUT yes the Pension law can give a clue to the possible a RV rate. With understand what the law is all about you can understand how important to our RV it is. Now here in the U.S.A. people can open a retirement plan (thanks to a dear friend for helping me see this). As an example lets say you work for an hourly wage and you bring home $2,000 per month BUT when you "retire" your retirement pay is $1,400 per month mush less then when you were working. I feel the Pension Law in iraq is along the same lines. With the passing of this Law if a rate was given or signed off on by whatever person that need to sign it was the RATE PER DINAR OF THE RETIRMENT PLAN - NOT THE RV RATE FOR THE WORLD MARKET VALUE PER DINAR.

Now the importance of this Law to the TRUE RV of the dinar - now that iraq has a Pension/Retirement Law in place with "retirement pay set" before the next retirement checks GO OUT don't you think that they need to have an RV? So when does retirement checks go out for June? June 1st? June 10? June 25th? Plus will Iraq hold those retirement checks for June and pay June & July in July? This is still bit of a mystery on the checks.

GOOD QUESTION would love to know the answer also!!! But I guess us folks that were not invited to the "party" get that info, but then again it's probably stolen from somebody else - seem some like to take other info and call it their own.
