phones have been busy with several different re-confirms of the same info, no reason for anyone to think it isnt done and we await their timing.

im sorry that their doing this in their own manner pi$$es the ones off that think its going to be all cut and dried as they always imagined it would be. the fact remains the rv was signed off on by shabibi and we are to find out the rate within days. its too bad that there are so many heads here that cant get around that concept.

RATIFIED!!! That is the key word. This is not one of those deals that has approved by Bob, and then goes to Sam for review. It has been signed off by the Prez.

That in and of itself brings legitimacy to what SGS and RR have said. If it doesn't happen this week or next, or whatever, it's not because they are jerking our chain. The Iraqi's have their own agenda and own schedule, WE have to adjust
