Does this mean there can be no RV today or will they just update the site when the RV occurs?

Chief = If I am not mistaken they can change the exchange rate whenever they're ready . . .

This part of the CBI site is showing the auction exchange rates in effect from the auction . . .

If memory serves here . . . their auctions take place @ approx. 3 am / Our Eastern Time / and they usually update their website around 4 am Eastern Time . . .

When they RV it could get very little attention initially . . . as in the case of the KWD . . .

We've just gotta keep our eyes & ears open . . .

Thanks RR. I was totally unable to sleep last night. Zero sleep. And I'm off to work an ER shift. I hope I can steal a couple of hours of sleep this AM.

Ahhh . . . I don't know of any US banks that would be open . . . Memorial Day is one of our National Holidays / when all Gov't / Post Offices / Schools / Banks, etc. are closed . . .
