I have a question. This is my first post, but I have been reading here at RolClub for a long time. A lot of good information, I enjoy all the RUMORS. My question is: Will or does anyone know if the WTO will be in effect at the same time of the RV? So will we be able to go to any bank or just a select few banks or pay the 2% with Ali? Thanks to anyone who can answer my questions. Thanks to RR, Neno, Fredw,Susie and the many others who post to help!

I am pondering the same game plan for cashing in.
I know HSBC probably will, Chase has been spoken of often, and Bank of America may, but has not been confirmed. If all else fails, there is always good old Ali to fall back on.

When the dinar hits the ForEx, I cant see the big banks not wanting your business. (IMO)

The way I understand it from the way Neno wrote in the Dong thread is that if you purchased your dinar or dong from Ali, he will exchange it at the CURRENT CBI RATE for you. I'm sure he has record of his customers. I bought 3/4 of my dong from him, but bought my dinar from a few others...so I'm thinking that I will be visiting Nashville for my dong exchange! lol!

I bought some VND from Dinar trade and BofA. I went through Bof A when we had all the excitment. I ordered online and then later was cancelled. I called the bank and since I have an account with them, I was able to just place my order over the phone and pick up the VND at the bank. So I know exchanging it will not be a problem. I just want all my ducks in order for the IQD.
