Thread: CBI Rate of .19

Lots of people saw it on sd site. Heck - I saw it on sd site. Over five dollars - obviously an error, which may well have been at sd's end for all we know.

Nobody to my knowledge on any forum has come forward to say it was on the CBI site - again - despite what it says in the other thread.

I welcome someone coming forward and correcting this.

I saw the CBI rate - yes back to normal. But that does not change one bit what has happened the last couple of days. The site has been down. That, to me, is very, very strange indeed. I also think something's up.

Are you saying you saw the CBI rate at .19 before the site went down?

I don't believe anyone saw the rate at .19. What AP is referring to is the havoc we had in here over the last 2 days, nothing more. The infamous rate was only observed on that dealer's site.

which has a live feed from the CBI site. Let's not forget that.

So yes, I believe that it was that rate on the CBI site.

I have that feeling as well Jola, but the question still stands, has anyone seen it on the CBI website, I don't think anyone has. This makes for very interesting discussions this week. Everyone seems to want to hear that someone has actually saw it on the CBI Site, I'm not sure if anyone has.

What I am saying is that - if that rate was on CBI for 30 seconds and the safedinar script picked it up immediately, it is a good possibility that no one saw it on CBI. That's why I believe it was a typo ( from their side) or the real rate - posted too early. So they parked the site. If you ask me, they should have just made a statement about a server/database/etc. glitch, and everyone would have been happy.
But when you park the domain for two days, especially after something like that, that's fishy IMO.

Someone messed up somewhere for this to be on their site. And as Jola said they have a direct link to CBI. It's anyone's guess what is going on.

That is what it gave me [heart burn] along with no-way. I like to say when it is in my bank then we can rejoice I love seeing what everyone is saying when it is positive. I did not get a chance to reply to the poll but I think they could support at least a $3.00 plus RV. Due to the fact they are still exporting oil and have millions of barrels of reserves. Lets not forget the only thing that might slow this down is the violence over there. Well that is my opinon anyways..

It will be great if the violence disappeared but it's not that big of a hurdle. The violence is, for the most part, contained around the Bagdad area.

Most oil companies have been operating in Iraq for the last couple of years already.
