I posted this in the "News" but don't want you to miss it. An amendment was published in the Official Gazette. The Council of Ministers refers to it as the draft law first amendment of the publication in the Official Gazette

I saw that but there were no details...I first thought of something with "First Amendment Rights" like here in the US.

But, do you mean that you THINK THAT IT IS THE HCL???????

I posted it in the news and later Adster posted it in living color. I have been searching for more details. I almost think it is interesting that there are no details. It seems as if it were about social welfare or the Baath party that it would have been spelled out. There was an important HCL meeting that took place in Dubai on April 17. They have had many seminars on the subject. So, I am hoping for the best.
