إلتقى السيد باقر جبر الزبيدي وزير المالية السيد جمباري مستشار الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة لشؤون العهد الدولي خلال زيارته إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية0Mr. Baker met with Jabr Al-Zubaydi, Minister of Finance Mr. Jambari Adviser to the Secretary-General of the United Nations for the International Covenant during his visit to the United States of America.

وأعرب السيد جمباري عن أسفه لما يتعرض له العراق من أحداث إرهابية مبديا حزنه الشديد للتفجيرات الأخيرة التي حدثت في البرلمان العراقي موضحا بأن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة مستعد لتقديم كافة المساعدات للعراق قائلا(( بأنه أتى للقاء السيد وزير المالية لأجل أن يضع نفسه تحت تصرف الحكومة العراقية ويدعم مساعيها )) مؤكدا بأن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة سيحضر إجتماع إطلاق العهد الدولي وإجتماع دول الجوار في شرم الشيخ0Mr. Jambari He regretted that Iraq has been subjected to terrorist incidents, and expressed deep sorrow for the recent bombings that took place in the Iraqi Parliament saying that the Secretary General of the United Nations is ready to provide all assistance to Iraq, saying ((that he came to meet with the Minister for Finance to place himself at the disposal of the Iraqi government and its support )) said that the Secretary-General of the United Nations, will attend the launch meeting of the International Meeting and the neighboring countries in Sharm el-Sheikh 0
وإستعرض السيد وزير المالية جهود الجانب العراقي والأجتماعات الخاصة للتفاوض مع عدد من الدول العربية مثل دولة الكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية مصر العربية من أجل إطفاء الديون العراقية مؤكدا بأن العراق الذي وقف مع كل الدول الشقيقة في أزماتها يتطلع إلى مساعدتها وهو ينهض من جديد0He reviewed by the Minister of Finance and the efforts of the Iraqi special meetings to negotiate with a number of Arab countries such as Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt to extinguish Iraq's debts affirming that Iraq stop with all the crises in the sister looked forward to help it re-emerge 0

Your Buddy just called me while I was on the phone with my Freind. He and his contacts belied something was happen in the morning. I dont know, it could very well be. I see the documents from Iraq, but need to find the article that is posted here by someone about the Letter of Intent to reval. it dictates a 30 day window. Ok a couple more post.
