If you look across the top of the message, you will see the box to set the font type, then a box to set the font size, then the drop down for the font color. Right after the font color, I am showing a smiley that actually looks like a smiling ghost...there is a drop arrow just to his/her right. This will give you some options, but if you click on 'Show all smileys' at the bottom of that list, it brings up another screen with all the ones showing that are usually located on the right of screen that most of us see. kristen, that was pretty funny!! I'll try to help. Shotgunsusie showed me that when you hit "post reply" (or vice-versa) and there's the font, font size, font color at the top of the window where you type in your post, there's a white with a drop-down arrow. click that and the smileys pop up. double click and they appear on the screen. Or, you can go to BestSmileys.com and borrow their's! I usually open that site in a separate window and be-bop back and forth from there to the forum. I also use Smileys & Emoticons Repository and there, you copy and paste onto here...which ever one you want to use, like this:

At that site, you click the smiley, the code shows up in the window at the bottom, in blue, and you right click the code to copy it and paste it here...

This is me after the RV finally happens:

O.K. for those of you that are having smiley problems, you may not have your options set right on ROLclub. Here is the way to fix it.

1. Click on User CP at the top of your screen.
2. In the left hand menu, click on Edit Options
3. Scroll to bottom of page where it says Miscellaneous Options. There will be a drop down menu in that box. Set that menu to Enhanced Interface. You will then get your smilies and the text box with the fonts and everything else on it.
Don't forget to save your changes!

Another member has read this too. But TMS, I read it to be up until sept. Which means the possibllity of before or anytime up to sept. Is this the way you have read it too?

I thought that was the case but I am thinking differently now.

To me it looks like no foreign investors until it goes electronic.

I would think it would be too much for them to handle manually since they only run 2 times a week and have to write everything down. They would need the electronic entry to cover the influx of all the investors
like US!
