pip is one place or currency unit, so when someone says the dinar only moved one pip it means one less dinar to buy a dollar.

Yeah, we are acting a little cuckoo!!! I am just trying to get my mind off of the RV. I was hoping we'd hear something more substantial after all of the meetings that took place over the last few days.
