1,206.50 OANDA Rate down (up) from 1211 just yesterday.

does it have to get revalued first, so they know what rate to exchange it at?......
......or did that statement make absolutely no sense at all.

deepfreeze it does make sense to me in a way, the disclaimer cbi has pertaining to the rate not being solid on their site (or something along those lines) causes me anyway, to pay attention to sites such as oanada and other trading sites, maybe they know something?
