EXCUSE ME.
We are not discussing religion here. We are discussing dinar.
I find it very disturbing when people think it's OK to post their own opinions about religion, then tell everyone if they have a problem with it, they are going against God. In fact I believe God would be VERY upset with this behavior.
People think they know the bible. The fact is, they are only interpreting it for their own benefit. They choose which parts to believe in, and whichever interpretation best suits them, that's what they call "God's word".
The bible is a very old and holy thing and NOT to be trifled with or disrespected, as so many of you are doing by claiming to post its contents on this forum.
It has been "translated" and "re-translated" and edited so many times, that to claim that you actually know exactly what it is saying is laughable and probably blasphemous.
So kindly knock it off.
Which translation is being disrespected?
From my interpretation...

No translations are being disrespected.
The Bible itself is being disrespected by people who think they know it and can freely post their own interpretations of it, then turn around and act like they are some sort of prophet by making some stupid remark like "if you go against what I post, then you go against God"
This is why it is NOT OK to discuss religion in a DINAR RUMOR THREAD.
If you are going to discuss religion, open a thread for it, then when people walk into it they know what they are getting into. They are there to discuss religion, not dinar.

Everyone needs to calm down. If you agree with DocDave then a thanks is appropriate. If you do not agree then a basic statement of such is appropriate. If you want to argue about beliefs and religion IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE!!! Please try to be civil and don't chime in just to stir up trouble... If you are a religious person and someone says something you do not agree with do not try to educate them on the open forum, please take it to pm. if you are not religious and disagree with someones statement I ask that you do the same. This thread was not started to debate religion only to find out how much credence you give DocDaves posts....
Please leave it at that...
Thanks and God bless!!!!

It is very simple; if you don't like Religion don't read it, Just as I tell Religious people that if you don't like porn don't watch it. Common sense says that your problem will be solved if you follow that simple Logic.
By the way, I do beleive in God.

wow lol
using the Lords name in vain?? where did that come from? its a shame that some people take offense at the Lords name and others are just trying to find something to take offense at..lol in my humble opinion if you dont like whats being discussed in a particular thread dont you have the ability to not read it?? and for the folks that think a particular beleif or issue is being crammed down peoples throats..lol i just dont get it, to cramm it down your throat we would have to force you to be here and make you read it! lol wow I dont beleive the same way as everyone else but i find it interesting and enjoyable to read what other peoples thoughts are ..and if I found it offensive then i just would not go to that thread simple huh?? now dosent memory bring me back to a scripture in that (book) about people taking offense to the gospel of Christ? hmmmm God Bless and thanks for going out on a limb and sharing Dave
