    Thanks Sus. Am sure we all agree this has to be done before the implemented budget, (reval must be written into it) and once they start accepting orders via the ISX. They can only stall for so long......Then we have all the big meetings in April.

    erm, not to be a troublemaker cos i'm a yaysayer, sans woots as of yet, but someone needs to tell the Lord to tell the cbi to tell the skeptic that apr 10 aint gonna cut it...
