If you have been following this since I have you will know that its been way before NOV. The auctions have been the same as they are now since 2003.
If you do the math, its impossible for dinar to only be coming in. It has to go out. The GOI Uses dinar from the CBI to pay all government employeess and TO FUND all construction projects and their BUDGET.

You are absolutely spot on Elfwizard. But for some reason nobody wants to hear it! The Iraqi Government is by far the biggest employer in Iraq. Wonder where there salaries come from?............ Hummmmmmmm!
