So those Certificates of Authenicity are not worth the paper they are printed on? Or the fact that the dealers were registered with the Department Of Treasury when they sold you the dinar doesn't mean anything? I do understad there may be some delays paying out a huge number of folks exchanging dinar for dollars, but they should be able to set you up with a check or deposit of some sort to say you got your exchange.
