If you want a cashier's check or cash, I believe the bank will deduct 20% for federal tax. Can anyone verify this?

You will have to sign something on paying or not paying at the time. I have not verified this. Just heard it resently.

That sounds about right JP. They will make you fill out the tax paperwork as soon as you are paid out. I can ask a couple of people I know in the banking industry.

I think the HSBC does the same thing. When I made my first purchase, I had done a lot of research, and found that the HSBC was one of the banks that would start trading immediately, but I later found out that all banks that deal in foreign currency can take care of you.

Funwit, that settles any and all queaziness in my tummy. Thanks, my BOA is walking distance away....but I'm gonna drive my dinar kids to the bank for ca, ca, CASHING IN.

Yep my B of A in AZ says the same thing. My personal banker (VP of customer service) says they will just verify it against their currency catelog
