seems to me that we must rely on this information from our 2nd,3rd and 4th parties because all the articles coming out of Iraq are contradicting themselves. Go Neno! Go Neno!

"HCL IS DONE" has been done since Jan. now the admendment are done as of Today. 3 out 4 down. But I have heard today that the Pension law has been found too. If that is the case, One of my good freinds call it the "BIG 4" ( FIL, HCL, PENSION, BUDGET) then all we are waiting on is the adjustment of the exchange rate.

Deputy Prime Minister Barham Salih told Reuters that Iraq's leaders had pledged to have the law enacted by the end of May. The draft has to be approved by parliament first

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasent the draft been with parliment, and know it goes to Maliki?
